Grave yard ghost
The face was a papermache' one I did years ago attached to a foam torso and neck. I took a long piece of black plastic and cut it out in the shape of two outstretched arms then painted it and attached it and the torso to a wire coat hangar.
An old black cloth robe and hood was added as well as weed blocker black plastic cut and shredded into strips so it all blows in the wind. Pieces of bamboo that grows wild in my back yard were used to suspend the spooky guy over the graves.
